SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 5 business days. In the rare instance an item is ordered before we can update its status in the shop, it may become out of stock and a waitlist created. If this happens we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to keep you updated on our progress and timeline.

At checkout you may choose your preferred shipping method. For couriers, it usually takes only 2-3 days to reach anywhere in New Zealand. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your parcel ships.  Parcel post should arrive within five working days nationwide.

Orders shipped using couriers are insured automatically for up to $50 of value. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for orders lost in transit or after delivery. If you are ordering items worth more than $50 total, and would like to insure the total value of the package, please contact us before placing the order and we can add this service. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address. If you need to request a required signature, just let us know before placing your order.

International shipping is available by request. If you would like to order from outside New Zealand please email sales@coveroad.co.nz and we’ll be able to quote you a price.

RETURNS

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. But if you need to return an item, we offer full refunds within 20 calendar days. We will process the refund for the full cost of the item(s), but cannot reimburse original or return shipping costs. Items must be in new condition and unused.

Please contact us before putting your return in the mail! We want to know it's on its way, and it's important to us that we do whatever possible to resolve any issues.
